Is this a dark-skinned female? I imagine that Shantae generally counts, but she's lighter here.

Is there a tag equivalent to aiming_at_viewer, but for melee weapon? I thought it was right at first, but since it automatically adds aiming which is specifically for ranged weapon, it feels off.

I think it's still pointing sword + aiming at viewer. I can't say for sure, but as far as I know, "aiming" in English means "directing something toward a specific target", and it doesn't necessarily have to involve a ranged weapon.
The pointing at viewer wiki page also states:
If it's a weapon being pointed at the viewer, as in pointing sword or aiming, use aiming at viewer instead.

The Weeping Swan: Ten Days of the City’s Fall
This is the name of the game, but I don't know how to correctly type the 's' after 'city'.
What do you call it when a character places their hand at forehead level to protect their eyes from the sun? covering own face doesn't seem to be it.

What is the difference between foot focus and presenting foot?
I thought that foot focus already implied that the feet were the main subject of the image and I don't understand why the presenting foot tag exists or when to use it.

To give an example, post #10882087 would just be foot focus, while post #9638131 would be closer to foot focus + presenting foot. The feet can be the focus of the image without being deliberately presented to the viewer.
In some foot fetish art, there are noticeable imprints in the shape of toes and soles left on sandals. Is there a distinct tag for this? Closest thing I could find is footprint on clothes which has all of two posts tagged with it.
A few examples below.

Is post #11100158 halterneck backless outfit? I can see the halter, but not much else of Perlica's dress (aside from the skirt part) as it's hidden behind the jacket.

Is there a tag for a fake shopping page or fake Amazon page?
Not one post specifically, but I'm seeing based on a major spoiler from The Super Mario Galaxy Movie that a lot of older Princess Peach and Rosalina posts containing both are retroactively having siblings and sisters added, as well as varying forms of implied incest and incest to NSFW posts at times. Is this now the new way to go about those? This isn't accurate to any game and is only accurate in the context of the movie's big reveal:
Rosalina's Storybook in the Super Mario Galaxy game on Wii does not mention Rosalina having a sister at all. It mentions a father, mother and brother, but none of these characters are named. The girl in the story is never named either, but it's very heavily implied she's Rosalina and the Rosalina wiki lists this character as Rosalina (I doublechecked this via a physical copy of said book, this is accurate). The siblings and sisters posts don't seem to make any sense outside of the context of the movie, though this is apparently something of a plot point from development that was scrapped, so I'm told, but it wasn't necessarily sisterly. There's also the fact that in the original game, she never even refers to Peach by name, just calling her Mario's "special one".
If this should be made into its own thread, I'll go ahead and do that. But, is that how posts containing both Princess Peach and Rosalina should be tagged now?

I actually check around on this just to make sure there's been any changes since I was last told anything about this, and that's how I found this post lol. But anyway, what the staff had told me before when I asked generally boils down to this:
Do not change the tags on older posts to reflect whatever the movie is doing. Those images were all made with only the context of what the games say in mind.
Don't add those tags unless the image is explicitly the movie versions or clearly involves the two being sisters. For example, in post #11094041 (E) you can see in the source replies that the artist uses #siscon #incest #yuricest as hashtags so clearly that is their intent.
As is, we're treating the two as completely separate canons because, frankly, that's what they are. As you said, whatever the movies do doesn't at all align with what the games clearly say. Admittedly this gets tricky when someone uses their game versions but brings in movie canon elements. Still not sure how we go about that tbh. Given that you mentioned the implied incest tag I think you're looking at the one post I upped too lol. I wasn't totally sure what to do there when I added it, so I figured the intent of the image given the expressions and the text was enough to justify adding the tag there.
Btw you are right that the two were intended to be related but that the plot point was dropped. They hadn't even settled on what the relationship would have been. No clue how Illumination settled on sisters but it doesn't sound to me like they had put much thought into it anyway, which is why we're dealing with this clusterfuck now.
