cosplay

コスプレ 異作品コスプレ プラグスーツコス ポケコス エロコス 角色扮演

Cosplay (short for "costume play") is the activity of dressing up as a fictional character. On Danbooru, this is usually a character dressing up as another character from a different franchise.

The character being cosplayed should be tagged with a *_(cosplay) tag. For example, if Hatsune Miku cosplays as Hakurei Reimu, you would tag it as Hakurei Reimu (cosplay). Adding the Hakurei Reimu (cosplay) tag will automatically add the tags Hakurei Reimu and cosplay for you (see help:autotags). Be sure to also tag the copyright of the character being cosplayed.

For real people engaging in cosplay, see cosplay photo.
