I believe that tool is simply called a garden fork, but I don't know if there's a more appropriate term to refer to ones that have short handles.
I also don't see a tag for it, which is kind of surprising considering it's a common gardening tool.
should chibikemo-only pictures really not be tagged as no humans? a lot of chibikemo characters (especially pokemon) look more like animals standing on their hind legs (i've seen quadruped art in that tag, even) than outright furries, i think no humans would be a reasonable tag for a lot of those pictures
