How do I tag this?

How do we tag nose that got red due to common cold, cold(ambient temperature) or alcohol intoxication?
Examples: post #8818675, post #8558663, post #9551237
Some of the posts falls under nose blush or full-face blush or runny nose; but in some cases(like on the last example) they all seem off.

There is red nose, but it's wiki says it's for clowns and reindeers. Which is strange, because there's also clown nose, which is basically the same(minus reindeers?). Both tags have more than 1k posts, and apparently well used despite being kinda redundant.

Most of them are, yes. The only two that are a little questionable are the 1st and 3rd posts you listed, though that's a purely subjective opinion; it would probably be fine to tag all of them with scenery.

Makes sense to me. Thanks for the advice.

Is there any tag for these "100 new followers so more of the character is revealed" kind of pictures? I know there's twitter cutting game and twitter strip game, but this is not quite cutting or stripping. I don't know if like and retweet would work quite well either since none of these functions are being requested in the picture.

Is there any evidence that is what this is? From what I can see, no "revealed" versions have been posted on here and I can't see the artists Twitter... I think this artist might just be big into silhouettes right now, so that seems more just like an in-universe follower goal. I don't think we have a tag for that though.

He confirmed as such to someone's reply to the source tweet here.

And he has also already tweeted a colored version of the picture here.
