It's a baseball joke (based on the author and Pixiv's comments) and a pun on Erika's name. Erika seems like she's tired of being treated as a crocodile (?)(I think this is the baseball joke, but I'm not sure), and Miho, for some reason, tried to give her an angelic-sounding name (Erikael)(pronounced Erikaeru in japanese), but Erika misinterpreted it as Miho making fun of her (Eri-kaeru) (kaeru=frog). I have zero knowledge of Japanese baseball, so a person versed in that subject should take a look at it. Just my two cents.
