I wonder if that's an alternate timeline considering Fennec in that page is more panicky like she is in the Hell Zone rather than how she's usually calm in the Mansion. Either that or it's an alternate Fennec & Raccoon, or it's a different floor with similar layout, or any combination of the three.

I think the implication is that when things really go to pot, Fennec loses her composure and Raccoon takes charge.

Didn't expect Elevator Girl to actually be knowledgeable about the supernatural rules of the mansion. I thought she was just an air-headed friend who just liked to push buttons.

There's probably multiple instances of her. The time-distortion involved with the elevator means you could encounter past and future versions of her. A future version might even understand *exactly* how the elevator works, and can take someone to any time-place of their choosing.

You don't survive long in this building by being an air-head (unless you have a guardian angel like Fennec is for Raccoon).
Her first appearance was in post #3825736 in the elevator almost completely merged with Hell, with the implication that she comes from that time period, so my guess is that she comes from that time period and "adapted" to it, which means a completely arefree attitude toward the numerous horrors of this place, as she knows them all and comes from an even worse time period. There's also the fact that she's the only known Friends that understands and speak English, which is another hint that she's more knowledgeable than she let on.

What kind of power would a man have to have to be compatible with her?

Healing would be agony, and some resistance in most cases means hard skin, not comfortable for her.

A barrier would not cut it too, bloke would have to have some form of dealing with acid juices that doesn't make his skin weird.

I mean she has resistance to her own acids, so it's canon the ability does exist

The easiest one would be base generation. A slightly more complicated one is nullifying ability like what one of the villains has.

Almost all Japanese.

This is really turning into a TTGL Ep.4 situation. Though I don't think there were any death threats over that one.

Honestly, I love the design it's just that it's poorly executed. I wouldn't mind it being touched up (preferably by an in-house artist) and then re-released.

I asked because sometimes what english speakers complain about and complaints that matter to the JP doesn’t always match up, but it seems they agree on something here.
