In-story, yes. In-game, Iris Libre and Vichya Dominion are still treated as separate factions, but only for categorization purposes; things like Clemenceau's Skill description say "Iris Orthodoxy" instead of "Iris Libre and Vichya Dominion".

Although some people might think it's just a joke in the pop culture, certainly the smell of the insect repelents is key. It's worth to mention, the stinkiest the repelent doesn't equal the most effective. One must take in consideration many other factors like the time you pass outdoors, the zone where you live, and the humidity. In any case, if you wanna protect yourself from the asian tiger mosquito, it's better to dispose any stagnant water you have in home, use mosquito nets on doors and windows, and cover your legs and arms as much as you can.
