This is technically BB-62, USS New Jersey, who just went into a two month long drydocking for cleaning and repainting of her hull (among other things).

Most if not every artist's depiction of Iowa's sister is they look like an exact copy of her with a different hull number, Even wearing the shirt in the same way which I always thought it was just Iowa who tied her's like that. Probably her sisters would have a different way to dress their Iowa-class Standard Uniform kinda like how Johnston was meant to wear her uniform differently from Fletcher.

Also I always wonder by reading their history and extracting a personality out of it how they would really look like in a KC's point of view?

I certainly hope that the whole "The World Wonders" thing is referenced. More specifically, I hope that it's implied that she did that deliberately.

Oddly, this comic has the same title as the first one ('The Flower that Follows the Sun', which uses ๅ›žใ‚‹) rather than the second one ('The Flower that Arches with the Sun', which uses ๅปปใ‚‹), so I've translated this image to reflect that peculiarity.

Well, it's implied that Yuuka's actually a pretty nice person so long as you don't make her mad. THAT is when the "Smiling Monster" who thinks genocide is a fun Tuesday activity comes out to end you. They wouldn't allow her to shop in the village if she was a maniac 24/7. Yuuka's got a temper, to be sure, but it's very easy to not trigger it. Don't trespass on her land, don't mindlessly destroy flowers, and be polite around her.
