I learned something kinda interesting about this post. I got curious whether or not there was an actual vocaloid song this was tied to after updating the commentary and it turns out that the artist originally drew it (along with a few others) as a cover for an imaginary song that didn't actually exist https://x.com/huseso/status/1015502829341949953/photo/1

去年8月くらいに作った実在しないボカロ楽曲を想定してイラストを描くタグ #空想ボカロ楽曲 今年もまた定期的にやっていけたら良いなぁ…
使用はご自由にどうぞ、結構楽しい。

And then someone was inspired by the piece and really did create a song for it:

She really should've gone all in for the Sapporo main race, didn't she (see: parent and sibling post)?

I mean I guess this is what happens when you try to hedge your bets on Eda Teruo, a jockey who comes whenever you least expect him to so yeah

I was wondering why they'd draw a ceasarian scar on that body type; it's not impossible or anything, but it doesn't really line up with that fetish's usual proclivities. The commentary seems to be saying she's been spayed instead, which...I'm not sure how to feel about.

The scar certainly indicates a very crude or old fashioned style hysterectomy. Nowadays the procedure can be done with very minimal residual scarring. But some people just don't seek out the highest quality care for their pets...
