The scar certainly indicates a very crude or old fashioned style hysterectomy. Nowadays the procedure can be done with very minimal residual scarring. But some people just don't seek out the highest quality care for their pets...

I agree, there's a lot of instances where details change rapidly from one frame to another with shading, her mouth, the thickness of lines, etc.
