The early promos featured a girl assumed as Buena (as well as a few others) that disappeared off the face of the earth for reasons only Cygames and the horses' owners know. It's the same reason why Orfevre_(Umamusume)_(old_design) is a thing.

I remember Kaneko fuming about this too as he doesn't let his horses be in other titles... much less games. Probably the same reason.

IIRC Kaneko's reaction towards Uma or any other horse racing games haven't been made public, and whatever is "known" about his attitude are rumors based on circumstantial evidences. Not that those evidences (Deep and KinKame not really being a thing, Makahiki being reduced to a generic cameo in S3, etc...) are pretty strong if we're being honest...

The artist didn't add the Rex/Mythra tag, someone else did. That person could be anyone.

I've never seen this interpretation of Camilla before but it makes a lot of sense. She always has one eye covered by her hair and we know there were several assassination attempts against her at different times in her life, so it makes sense that she might have some scars from that and may want to keep them covered up. To keep people from worrying about her if not for vanity.
