Added the museum tag as the background image is of the Battleship Iowa Museum at the Port of Los Angeles.
The signal flags on the starboard side of the ship (left of the picture) are "Bravo Zulu" (signal flag shorthand meaning "Good Job") and then spelling out "IOWA" (India Oscar Whiskey Alpha) underneath. The flags on the port side are "November Echo Papa Mike", which was BB-61's individual flag hoist call sign when Iowa was in service.
