In the older God of War games (before 2018) there were sex minigames using QTEs. Artist is implying a "Hot Coffee" situation, if you understand a bit of GTA removed content history.

The original website is dead, I believe this image to be a perfect copy of the original one: I compared many images from different websites that reposted the original announcement, it was the only png and the others had blatant jpeg artifacts and/or third-party watermark.

The twist: there's no race happening. Still and Almond just know that one of them is next and that their survival hinges on their ability to outrun the other.

I'm imagining Donnasnik doing the same to Stillsnik and Almondsnik.
