An interesting detail you might not notice if you don't know what you're looking for: The "Game Boy" trainer is holding a pikachu with the more modern body shape, while the SV trainer is the one holding a classic-style "fat pikachu". Coupled with the cable linking the game boy to the switch (somehow), it's heavily implied that the two just traded pikachus.
I don't play this game, so I had to look up youtube videos upon youtube videos on how the english version of the game translates "ๆฅ็ถๅฎไบ" and "่จญๅ่ฉณ็ดฐ" (the UI on the lower right). Well, I tried. Anyone who actually plays the game, feel free to fix.
