(For what i've heard is that if a man does a female pregnancy test and it comes out as positive it means it has some kind of cancer, i apologize in case of being wrong)

Some type of testicular cancer can cause males to produce hCG (short for human chorionic gonadotropin) which is the same hormone produced by female human during pregnancy.

Of course, the implication on this image was not that, but a funnier outcome that Gold Ship was so 'potent' that even males can get pregnant (lmao).

If we accept the idea that Golshi has a test to prove Trainer knocker her up, how in the HELL does she have a test for his 'wife' too?

Neither of the pregnancy tests are Golshi's. They are pregnancy tests for the trainer and his wife. But it does raise the question of how she got the tests for them, as you had said.
