There's speculation that Merel will get reversed in the next chapter but gets reincarnated as Rhiannon in the new timeline.

This is just a guess, but I'm thinking it's the exact opposite. That is, they don't want to see you bumping an image with what looks at first glance from the thumbnail to be someone eating shit from a toilet (I'm no-bumping this comment, by the way).
