Oh, I recognize what they're doing, that's not "t-head_trainer_(umamusume)", the "T" is for "Tailor" (it's even mentioned in the description).
I remember an art post here sometime ago that did the same thing, the comments on that post also realized that the t-headed person was not a trainer but the tailor who made that Uma's outfit, I'm going to do a judgement call and remove those tags, they look like a torena, but they're not a torena.
