Well, you can just flood the system with enough oxytocin and prolactin to both jumpstart the production and maintain it (even more since the head is removed).

On that topic: there's still not a better way to create breast milk at the moment.

Even if you go full sci-fi and grow a mutant blob of human trunk that has nothing but a giant heart, a giant pituitary gland, a set of giant intestines and massive skeleton all filled with bone marrow plus breasts sprouting all over the milk production would be still limited by the total amount of blood coming into the breasts, the nutrition dissolved in the blood and the liquid expression capability of those glands.
