Asmoday is talking to what seems to be Phanes, she prob said something bad, and Phanes said "It just shows your upbringing is bad" as in "Your parents didn't do their job educating you", but Phanes here is kinda like a parent to the Shades, so for Asmoday it is ironic Phanes is saying this. The other shades are just here as in kids witnessing their big sister arguing with their parents.
The speech bubble is referenced from one of Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold's basement tapes called "Hitmen For Hire" where at 1:11, Klebold said:

I'm not really sure how to put this softly, but when they deleted the other images for being poor quality, it wasn't because of the technical quality of the image files themselves, it was because of the quality of the artwork itself. This being the highest quality version of this artwork doesn't mean that it meets Danbooru's quality standards.
