I actually have some contentions with that paper.

The paper is tested solely on rigid models, locked in an A-pose and fully upright. The honses in Uma do not run like that; even when they're not pushing very hard they're still leaning forwards a bit, and their arms and legs are swinging, torso twisting a little bit as they run.

Also, the paper assumes that the boobs are fully rigid. If you've played Taiki Shuttle or Air Groove's career, it's pretty obvious that sports bra technology in the Umaverse is not up to the task of restraining the boobs, at least those of the larger persuasion at the speeds they run.

With all that combined, I very much suspect it's probably more favorable to Suzuka than the "ideal conditions" tests run for that paper.

Wouldn't it usually be posted by the artist, wherever it's initially uploaded? Or do a lot of artists have people to do that for them?

4chan is a special case because it's an imageboard where tons of reposting happens, so a clarification is valid if you're uploading from there, though usually just tagging drawfag is enough.
