The Mazepynka (Мазепинка) is a Ukrainian military hat. Created by Levko Lepkyi for the Ukrainian Sich Riflemen in 1916, it was named after the 17th-century Ukrainian leader Ivan Mazepa.

It consists of a field cap with a flat top, a stiff brim, and a prominent V-shaped notch centered on the front. Usually decorated with the tryzub emblem or other insignia.
