Very late, by a decade and a half, but it's the meme about Cirno being the strongest, well claims to be, but is relatively weak, Yukari is just playing into her fantasy

This doesn't look like a Patreon reward to me, it looks like the Patreon post was free and it was uploaded, then the Patreon post got taken down. Shouldn't have been banned preemptively just because some random person claimed it is one.
