The person cut off on the right suggests this is a crop, in which case finding a source is going to be next to impossible, unless someone can identify the artist from the artstyle.
Okay don't hate me but he's cooking. I don't know what he's cooking but it's actually getting interesting. It's the kind of thing where it's painfully cringe, especially from a Nazi Furry, but you can't look away.
