Very late, by a decade and a half, but it's the meme about Cirno being the strongest, well claims to be, but is relatively weak, Yukari is just playing into her fantasy

Would be a neat easter egg that if you approach this particular zombie a certain way it doesn't attack you but you have to go through a "quick time event" to dance with it to avoid damage and alerting other zombies.
