Considering that Stark is the only one who has been with Frieren in Khyleri's series (poor Himmel is cock-locked here),Stark is definitely the father

It's a Hisoutensoku gag. The artist and his friends like to push down before the match begins to imitate bowing. But Cirno doesn't have a crouch. She's normally flying, so her crouch is just her standing. Yukari is not amused by such disrespect.
