It's pretty clear what's going on just from the thumbnail. First person sees it when it's first uploaded, and everyone after is forced to see it because people, such as yourself, keep bumping it.

Since this artist mostly draws yuri, I suppose there should be "2girls" and "yuri" tags.

Regardless of what the artist usually draws, the hands aren't distinctive enough to gender them at all.

Would be a game I'd love to see actually remastered with QoL stuff.
