Not to yuck anyone’s yum, but the stats are off. Even by training exclusively Power and Guts, you should get an increase in both Speed and Stamina. I’d estimate them to reach about mid 500’s to get to this point—probably higher.

Well, that freeze team can still use Yelan, but Mavuika team needs staggered application of Hydro/Cyro so she could Vaporize/Melt them with the donuts. Citlali being on the other side, it's logical that Furina ends up in the team since it also has the perfect solution for her weakness that is HP draining while the summons are active (From Xilonen and Bennet's ult healing).

Actually, the donuts are blunt attacks. They trigger Shatter and Vaporize rather than Melt. And that's terrible.
