Well, that freeze team can still use Yelan, but Mavuika team needs staggered application of Hydro/Cyro so she could Vaporize/Melt them with the donuts. Citlali being on the other side, it's logical that Furina ends up in the team since it also has the perfect solution for her weakness that is HP draining while the summons are active (From Xilonen and Bennet's ult healing).

Have Escoffier go to Liyue for two reasons: talk with Xiangling on culinary ideas, and ask a certain young boy to help them

Actually, the donuts are blunt attacks. They trigger Shatter and Vaporize rather than Melt. And that's terrible.
