I think the record is for air-to-air engagements. All the F-15s shot down were from Anti-air.
If we assume that hand on the side of Rei's was whoever that screws Asuka, then it's Kaji based on skin color. Without that, based on Asuka's expression alone Kaji would've been obvious pick because she's not gonna be that smug if the father was Shinji.
Why not? She actually loves Shinji and wants him to be her husband.
