I've seen this a few times, but how the hell is this even supposed to work? Like, from a physiological standpoint, this seems completely impossible. I know it's fiction, so there's some leeway for unrealism, but surely this pushes it too far.

There's only one person I'm aware of that can do that and she's Chinese, don't know here name unfortunately.

Medea isn't as popular as Saber, Rin or Sakura despite being voiced by the late Tanaka Atsuko. She was popular in the early years, placing 10th in the first two Fate/Stay Night polls in 2004 and 2006 and in the Type-Moon 10th Anniversary All-Character Poll, she placed 48th overall(26th among females). I suppose that scene in UBW probably rubbed people off the wrong way
