The only difference I see is that this new version has a larger jpeg file size, so that would be a higher quality revision.
If there is no visual difference, then it's not a revision.
This post is actually visually different since it has adversarial noise, but that is not considered a revision. And it should definitely not be the parent of the post without the noise.
