Female Rover shares the same VA as Nanami (PGR), so Female Rover just sounds like Nanami after eating the candies from Sigrika. The VA herself also confirmed that doing this was a little inside joke for anyone who knew about her other role with Kuro Games (see EN fan sub of interview here).

Yep- and by the looks of it a lot of these are low effort edits why the fuck the edited versions are here I can only assume its RuZZians clinging to any shred of optimism before getting sent back to the front lines.
