Female Rover shares the same VA as Nanami (PGR), so Female Rover just sounds like Nanami after eating the candies from Sigrika. The VA herself also confirmed that doing this was a little inside joke for anyone who knew about her other role with Kuro Games (see EN fan sub of interview here).
