uss iowa (bb-61)

The lead and namesake ship of the Iowa-class battleships of the United States Navy. First commissioned in 1943, it earned eleven battle stars from combat service in both the Pacific and Atlantic Theaters of World War II as well as the Korean War, and was decommissioned for the last time in 1990. It is currently a museum ship at the Port of Los Angeles, California.

This tag is for depictions of the ship itself, as well as personifications of the ship outside of established franchises such as Kantai Collection.
