clothes down

When the top part of clothing is pulled far down or almost entirely removed. Typically, this is when a jacket or top is pulled all the way down to the elbows, beyond simply being worn off shoulder.

If the top is pulled down beneath the breasts, use clothes pull. If the clothes are open down the middle, use open clothes.
