Just my personal preference but for iowa greatest American battleship it gotta look more American something like kancolle iowa but this desgin not bad

I actually think Dish knocked out a pretty solid design with this one. Maybe turn down the booba and give her a different face or something, but it is pretty good. Usually indifferent about Dish art, but this one is nice.

Honestly I can see her as a sister to New Jersey, design wise. Now of course im not exactly sure about covered nipples being allowed in the game. I do like the hat and the outfit design, it does fit with New Jersey's design, overall looks fantastic. She also kind of gives off the shy older sister vibe, in contrast to New Jersey.

Hm... personally, I like "older design":[post #4068008] better but overall this is looking great. Not sure about the turret base (hull) design though I like the idea of the mechanical feathers and the floating halos.
