elis scarlet

A fan-made Touhou character from a fanwork idea called “Touhou Little Dreams” in which she was shipped with Lyrica Prismriver but this turns out to be misinformation because Elis is made by fan called Lupan. Elis appears as a recolor of Flandre Scarlet without her side ponytail who, despite her name, has seemingly nothing to do with Elis from Touhou 1.
