A subset of third-party edit where an image has been altered by the uploader to comply with the Danbooru Terms of Service and Upload Rules. This most often means censoring or removing photographs of real life individuals who are under the age of 18.

Edit guidelines

• Keep the edit simple and unobtrusive by choosing one solid color, like white, black, or a color that matches the image’s background.
• To prevent compression artifacts, save your edited image as a PNG, even when the source file was in a lossy format such as JPEG.
• Remember to add md5 mismatch and if the original was in a lossy format lossy-lossless.
