A being actually meant to represent Mizuki Hitoshi's little sister within the context of his strip Hang in There, Kogasa-san. Depicted as a bright green karakasa obake. As she lives out in (relatively) rural Kōchi on Japan's Shikoku Island, she's shown a strong desire to take in standard tourist traps, such as Tokyo Disneyland and the Tokyo Skytree (or at least its Sky Town shopping center), when she visits her brother in the big city.
