Is this shota?

I'd say so.
doesn't seem lewd enough

Lewd or not shouldn't really matter, she's a canonical child.

Of course it matters. Loli and shota are for sexualized images only. There's no reason to hide SFW images from the general userbase.

Uh, she also appears as a canonical child? Guess I'm not really understanding you.
What we care about is how she appears in that specific image. If she looks like a child in canon but not in the image, then we don't add the tag.
If loli were to be added to the image, it would be because of the playboy bunny outfit, but I agree with throne spl that it's probably not at the level of suggestiveness that the tag would be required.

I don't really get it, but okay. She's still a loli whether she's SFW or not. Loli only refers to the age of the character, but if you guys want to make up your own definitions then I'll go by that.

It really doesnt.
Pretty much anyone looking at say the below image, would see a child and not a "loli".
The whole reason why this thread exists is for filtering content. The average person doesnt see normal child post as offensive, but lolicon content is.
Now whether or not this definition applies off site is irrelevant. Yes, we made our own definition, its a consensus definition of this website you are using.

@LulzMastah Just to add to the above, we also have restrictions on how to use child. It should only be used for completely SFW depictions of children like Freshblink's example. Just because the girl in post #10128076 isn't NSFW enough for loli doesn't mean she's SFW enough for child. This does mean we don't have a way of tagging slightly NSFW kids, but it had been decided that leaving those in-between cases untagged is our best option for balancing accessibility and discretion.
Make sure you read the wikis of the tags to understand their proper use.

I can't in good faith take this seriously and it would be best for me to not continue this endeavor. Thanks for your time.

So just to clarify, you people knowingly choose to leave things untagged because of made up semantics? I'm sorry if I'm misunderstanding but that sounds to me like what you're saying. If it is, I can't in good faith take this seriously and it would be best for me to not continue this endeavor. Thanks for your time.
Read forum #228546 and forum #228599. Then maybe you'll understand.
Is this Shota?

Aren't those the same thing?
On one hand, that user should have simply read the wiki. On the other hand, there's legitimate disconnect between the tag name and common use of the word.
can someone check these before i request a new tag? favgroup #47600
