Neither of these are suggestive. I wouldn't even rate the second one sensitive, personally, though it's borderline enough that I wouldn't change it.

The rating may be borderline for an adult, but we're supposed to apply them more strictly to child characters. Even if it isn't loli, the covered navel and maybe the thighs pretty much disqualifies that post for G.
