I don't think there are restrictions on display names, as those can be changed at any time. You just can't have the same actual account name (the one seen in the image URL).

At any rate norihiro should be qualified if used here.

Actually I had typed that out and then deleted the qualifier thinking it was too long-winded. I hadn't realized we already had another artist with the same name. If a qualifier is needed, that's exactly what we should use.

Everything after a "@" in a Pixiv display name tends to end up getting swapped out. Right now his says "I love ninjas!"

Qualifying the other norihiro to norihiro_(hasimure) wouldn't hurt either.

And who doesn't? I've seen "@" used mostly for Comiket locations or other nonsense. Perhaps add some kind of note to howto:pixiv or howto:artist?
