The name is 灼 or しゃく which are both read "Shaku", and his circle name is 逆鱗 ("Gekirin"), so shaku_(gekirin).

I uploaded wrongly, but anyway, post #974051.

I've already tagged the artist as urin_(myleisure) as that's what their name is on their website, but the image i uploaded is signed with something that looks completely different beginning with Y. It doesn't seem like it's 'yulit' either which they seem to use as a different name. I think i've done the right thing but i would appreciate another opinion. Thank you.

The signature looks like "Y___t" superimposed on to 雨林. Maybe urin_(yulit) instead because the artist goes with the yulit handle on other sites.
