The artist has no title in pixiv, but under source danbooru labels the artist as mononoke. The tag mononoke_(artist) is already in use for a defunct pixiv artist.

Should be fine. Better than using numbers. Although his name on his blog is 太郎のつぶやき, so tarou_(tsubuyaki) or tarou_no_tsubuyaki.
