That's the same in Firefox and IE. As for a alternate hotkey suggestion, perhaps Ctrl+Shift+Z? A quick scan through FF, Chrome and IE's menus shows it's not being used for anything.
Rather than a hot key, I think it would be great if each note had a "copy" button on the edit menu, which would generate a new note with same text and shape as the current note. Not only would it make translating things like sound effects a little easier but it would be a quick and easy way to generate new notes as long as there was at least one note on the page.
Or, since the only sensible hot keys are taken (n & t) you could pick whatever random letter or key is available and just put a note under "translate." I'd still like the copy option though.
Back to my post about it displaying weird in IE8, it seems to work in IE9.
One other problem I'm seeing is that the text size for tags on the left is larger than it is in the normal Danbooru, but I'm sure that's easily fixable.

It's practically impossible to determine which key combinations are being used, short of disassembling the program and checking over the source code. There may be undocumented keystrokes, ones that don't activate menu functions but something else, etc.

Not a hotkey, just turn the link into a toggle link. This function isn't really something that needs activating often, just once per image: go into translate mode, place all the blanks you need on the speech bubbles and SFX, exit translate mode, fill in the blanks.
In this vein, it would also be nice to have a notification on each image whether it's being translated: if it's in translate mode, and/or there are blank notes (I assume the server keeps track of those too), just pop small note above the image to avoid translation wars arising from multiple translators working on one image. (This is practically a non-issue, just a suggestion.)
I hope I won't cause any inconvenience by posting a suggestion in this thread, so if I did, my apologies.
I'd like to have borders for loli/shota posts like those of the parent/child posts, but a separate colour for both naturally. However if this would increase the load on the server, or is too complicated to code, then ignore it.
I understand that this isn't an important thing to implement and I'm not saying it should be included in v2, but if someone has some spare time to include it in a future release, it would be great. Thanks!

I wouldn't say it's hard to code, or bogs down the server, the thing is more that it relies on tagging, which can be manipulated, so this isn't a reliable method of filtering them out. Also, in the same vein, every tag could have its own border color, which is pretty much pointless. Removing the "two search terms" restriction would be more beneficial, IMHO, unless there's some deeper reason behind it.
Point taken. I would search using more than two in most cases, but as it stands, I've learned to make do with the two I'm allotted. It's just that I couldn't see the point of a restriction, since it doesn't place a disproportionately greater load on the servers, but what the hell...
Attempting to view a post on Testbooru by clicking on the thumbnail messes up my browser (Windows Safari 5.1).
Other tabs become blank (Previously loaded pages), and the post loads indefinitely. Refreshing doesn't seem to help, and I need to close Testbooru and re-enter to fix it. It attempt 4 times, 3 times it happened in a row and the 4th time it worked.
I can't really give more than that, sorry if it was too vague.
I followed the link from the announcement and experimentally clicked the "My Account" tab, only to find I had metamorphosed into Michael Fesser or we switched bodies when I wasn't looking. Not sure which.
I have a non technical issue. The main problem I've found is that danbooru already kinda has a fairly steep learning curve for new users compared to most other sites. And with that in mind i think the resize button should be place somewhere a little more obvious. maybe under the picture or something. It took me a little while to figure out where it was and I've been here for years. So some one new that is already frustrated because they don't know what tags we use or what anime they're searching for is called or even spelled in Japanese. They'll just see that its a bunch of small pictures and not bother looking for the resize button buried in that mess of tags and image info. It'll be especially a problem with images with a lot of tags, and i know how much we love to tag things around here.
oh and i'm sure you heard this one already but after you post the two times you're limited to on the third and at least fourth posts it says "comment posted" but doesn't actually leave a comment.

And I'm apparently DeathyMan, even though I didn't sign up again after the database reset.
Is there something wrong with Danbooru 2? I tried yesterday and today to sign into it and kept getting error messages saying it did not exist. When i first go to the bookmarked url i briefly see thumbnails, then it goes to site does not exist or has moved, check address. I tried going to just the base home site address, but it will not let me sign in. It just shows the user agreement, and if i click posts without trying to sign in it goes to the aforementioned error. It worked fine when i first created a sign in for it. Does it not like Firefox 8.0?
Just tried danbooru 2 using the link on the mirror site in IE9, same issue as in FF8. Anyone else getting same?

Tested the other day, they work on Firefox 7.0. However, the browser I was using at the time it didn't work was Firefox 8.0 beta (woo hoo betas). And I was on the front page. And on Windows 7
So yeah, not too sure what might've changed, but it still isn't working for me here.

Before I make a stupid post about stupid junk that may or may not exist outside of my mind could I get a bump up to janitor on Testbooru? These are actually 3db concerns (and will probably flat-out decide if we bother switching over to db2) so a full bump to admin would help me alleviate all my concerns but janitor will let me get 90% there.
