Fire Emblem implications

Ike is the only one I would call a slight redesign. The rest have clear and major differences. This is comparable to Fate ascensions or shipgirls with multiple remodels. In those cases we don't group designs together unless the differences are truly trivial.

BUR #51853 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

remove implication edelgard_von_hresvelg_(adrestian_emperor)_(resplendent) -> edelgard_von_hresvelg
create implication edelgard_von_hresvelg_(adrestian_emperor)_(resplendent) -> edelgard_von_hresvelg_(timeskip)

This is incorrect. This is a tag specifically for the older version. It's the same issue we had with Saber Lancer - if someone wants to see all posts of the older Edelgard they shouldn't have to search for 4+ tags at the same time.

Why not imply Edelgard von Hresvelg (Adrestian Emperor) directly to Edelgard von Hresvelg instead? Adrestian Emperor is a costume so it's possible to draw pre-timeskip Edelgard wearing it and then the current implication is invalid.

This argument can be applied to all characters that have different forms, and yet we distinguish between Medea Lily (Fate) and Medea (Fate), or Kama (Young) (Fate) vs Kama (Teenager) (Fate), or Tiki (Young) (Fire Emblem) vs Tiki (Adult) (Fire Emblem). This would be a case of self cosplay.
