shorts_under_skirt is the relevant tag, but I don't know if these skirts have a specific name.

A hachimaki implicates headband which is supposed to be worn across the forehead. What if the hachimaki is worn like a hairband, i.e. over the head, like Akizuki and Teruzuki do (e.g. post #2692234)? Shouldn't it be treated as a hairband and not a headband in this case? And if so should we tag it as:

hairband
or
hachimaki+headband+hairband?
