It's suppose to be a reference to meme images where the picture in question is wrongly tagged by the text accompanying the image, and the quote said by the character is also wrong. Is there a tag/pool for images like these? I remember coming across similar images on Booru but I can't for the love of me find them anymore.

This sort of eyewear is commonly tagged visor even that tag's wiki says it is ambiguous.
Visor (eyewear) and visor sunglasses were suggested in topic #7562 but that ended up going nowhere.

I’m not sure what you mean. Do you mean her clothes in pages 2-4?
jacket, double-breasted, buttons, collared_shirt and maybe some kind of tie? I don’t know this series, but if it’s a school setting, also school_uniform.
