Kantai Collection & Personification

Could someone script to add personification to:
kantai_collection cannon
AND
kantai_collection mecha_musume
?

And maybe remove personification from every KanColle character's wiki page.

It looks like it didn't work due to a bug. I think that I may have fixed the bug for the next version so you'll need to resubmit the mass edit later.

I've been using turret, personally. Dunno why I didn't think of cannon.

Before we do anything post-purge I think we need to come to a consensus either way, purge and giant ship parts (most of which are already tagged mecha musume so I don't see the point here) or purge and save it for humanoid rensouhou-chan/kun or a third option I didn't think of.

Ah, didn't think of it that way.

Forget personification then for all KanColle girls; mecha_musume is a much better tag.

Seems Albert ninja updated the server so if anyone wants to resubmit the mass edit it will probably work now.

Resubmitted the mass edit, tho I tried to do one earlier (ibuki → ibuki_(street_fighter)) that didn't seem to work so I ended up doing it all with tag scripts. Too many to do that for here tho, so we'll see if it works.

Just a guess, but: The delayed job for the earlier, broken mass edit was still in the queue when I looked earlier, so it's possible that it's backing up the newer, not-broken mass edits. If this is the case we might need to wait for it to expire (not sure how long this takes, but apparently 4 days isn't enough).

Okay, mass edits are finally working so the personification tag was removed from these posts.

how about some posts in kantai_collection original? should we start readding them?

and how about post #1526698 ? i still think this qualifies as 'personified ships' - ships with the body of a humanoid female.

I think those were going to be mecha_musume.

Those all look acceptable for personification.

As for mecha_musume I feel like if it has a huge chunk of ship like in post #1696921 it would qualify. Just need to be careful about tag bloat.

bumping this thread, not exactly of kancolle but because of personification, mecha_musume, and the girls corresponding ship type tags. we have limited Kantai Collection posts down only to original only as i remembered, however there is also zhan_jian_shao_nyu and pacific (iowa in particular) now. should we clean these two as well? thoughts?
