BUR #60127 has been rejected.

create alias fried-chicken_(artist) -> hugo_(rushbordie)

They are same artist. The former is for Guro, and the latter is for normal use. Currently, the artist's Guro account is not in use, so it must be standardized to the general version.

Next time use topic #7713 to request artist aliases.

I don't see a connection between the two. If they're kept separate and there's no direct evidence that it's the same person there's no point in merging.

The bulk update request #60127 (forum #441878) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
