To answer this question, both her Takanashi Kiara (Winter Casual) and Takanashi Kiara (Perfume) were prolly called 8th and 9th cuz they have official models, still don't know why norfborf moved them to "Other costumes" tho

I mean...I wouldn't exactly say...stupid LOL. But I'm not sure why whoever updated her pages when those outfits got made decided that they were official by the company. They're objectively not official as she would never be allowed to wear them in any of hololive's official programs. Hell, even Biboo confirmed she would never be allowed to use the 3D version of her 81800 outfit she commissioned because it's not made by COVER for her.

Well, there's a reason why they have 'regular' costumes as their wording as opposed to official, to account for the fact that they have other official costumes that aren't being counted, ala Ina's collab costume.

Not only do neither of these say anything about them being her 8th and 9th, if we're counting them despite being commissioned by Kiara and not COVER, we'd suddenly have to count Strawberry Baelz and Blackberry Baelz for Bae.

So...by your logic:
- Someone wants to look up "Perfume swimsuit" specifically.
- Automatically need to waste a tag search on the "PERFUME" copyright tag I guess.
- Want to specifically search for a pose IN the swimsuit.
- Realize you can only use 2 tags (as like, 97% of users are Member-rank)
- Can't search for a pose/body part and the swimsuit at the same time because PERFUME clumps two unique outfits together.
- Have to wade through hundreds of images just to find one that fits what you're looking for

I'm not really seeing your side of things here to be honest. Why wouldn't you want to make searching for unique things easier for everyone here?

Normally, in a situation like this, I'd realias it to Takanashi Kiara (Cozy), but since we're already at her 9th (old count 11th) costume, maybe it's less necessary.

But to what you said: how about instead of having just a section for 'other', they're one level below "official costumes" labeled as "Costumes (commissioned)" or "official costumes (other)"? I mean, I can search up a pose pretty easily by just using the PERFUME copytag and I did so using only 2 tag searches granted most of Perfume is filled with Kiara-only images anyway, so i don't see the reason for this, and again, Perfume is filled with just the Swimsuit outfit from the MV.

Most of her songs have outfits and they all need to be listed on the wiki page one way or another so you know which tag to use. Right now she has multiple unique costumes that aren't listed on her wiki at all.

Does the Perfume (Takanashi Kiara) tag have anything else referencing the MV besides the two main costumes associated with it? Because if not, if we accept the Perfume swimsuit tag, what's stopping us from just nuking it? If the individual costumes got tags then there's no point for the music copytag.

It's mostly just the swimsuit outfit from what I've noticed, even if there's some Takanashi Kiara (Perfume) outfits in it, all I see is just the swimsuit mostly

No, it's really only art using the outfits. The only "reference" to the MV would be some of the images using the pool from the video, but it's way too generic to attribute it to the copyright specifically
